Clinical Pilates / Physio-based exercise programs
Previously known as Clinical Pilates, now Physio-based exercises are an excellent form of physical activity that focuses on core strength, control, flexibility, posture and balance. An assessment is completed by one of our physiotherapists, and then a tailored program is developed to meet each clients individual needs.
Physio-based exercise is fantastic for rehabilitation from injuries but also for people who are injury free and just want to improve their strength and control.
Equipment Classes
Includes exercises performed on equipment that uses springs to provide a controlled and tailored resistance.
This class is for patients whom have had an assessment and an individual program designed for them by one of our staff.
